Airport:

At the time of booking we will make you aware that we recommend you are collected a minimum of 1 hour prior to your CHECK IN time.  (Please note:  This is not your flight time).

Trains, Buses and Coaches:

At the time of booking we will make you aware that we recommend you are collected a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your departure time.

Appointments:

At the time of booking we will suggest you are collected 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

These recommended times may vary during adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. (I.e. Major Road Closures)

Although Lanseria Airport Taxi Services do endeavour to arrive at your chosen collection point / destination on time it is the customer’s responsibility to allow ample time for any journey.

We cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control which delays any journey.

Payment Methods:

All of our drivers accept cash in their vehicle; receipts are available on request from your driver at the time of your journey.
